Irish Bronze St. Brigid's Cross & House Blessing

Irish Bronze St. Brigid's Cross & House Blessing

Usually woven from reeds, the St Brigid's Cross is thought to protect the home. This wall hanging comes with the Irish phrase, which means: blessings on this house.

There are many folk traditions associated with St Brigid, which are still celebrated in rural Ireland. An original design by Adam Grabski.
